Joe Walsh – Marathon Runner

Back in 2016, after running my first marathon, I picked up a stress fracture. This would just be the start of twelve months of frustration. No matter how much physio I did, one injury would be replaced by another. After reading an article about Shane, I decided it was worth the trip out of London to hear his thoughts. Best choice I could’ve made. He identified why I was so prone to injury, and fixed my gait to stop it from happening. Not only that, he gave me the tools to self-assess, to make adjustments when I’m training on my own, and to find some extra speed when I need it most. In the year since our first session, I’ve run two more marathons, injury free and faster than I ever have. Pretty sure he’s a witch. Thanks, mate.
