My friend and I approached Shane in the hope of learning how we could reduce our running injuries. Throughout our session Shane was enthusiastic, down to earth and explained the science behind the way we run and how we should run in an easily understandable way. Most importantly, he told us how to focus on techniques that were easy to implement but would lead to us running with better form, leading to greater efficiency, faster times and reducing our injury issues. Within a month of our session I’ve already seen the tangible benefit of having a new PB and had my injury subside. I would highly recommend Shane to anyone interesting in learning more about the way we run and making improvements in their running.
