I was recommended to see Shane following a series of injuries that had left me once again scratching my head in terms of what can be done to strengthen and consolidate my running. From the first session Shane did not leave a stone un-turned. Every point of discussion was supported by science, research and practical information that meant not only was it understandable but also applicable to my running from the off. The information Shane has given me for everyday posture has definitely helped how I approach my running, I have now qualified as a pro triathlete and I am confident that following some further sessions with Shane I’ll see further benefits.
