Movement in Running Workshops

Movement in Running Workshops, led by Shane, are designed to be fun and interactive. As well as covering and discussing the theory of ‘movement in running’, everyone gets the opportunity to view video analysis of their running many times throughout the day.

Your personal video analysis is accompanied by discussions on the movement of athletes of all disciplines from 6 continents and different environments, many of them extreme. These are athletes and indigenous people that Shane has worked with personally over a six year research project into human movement.

All movement analysis and coaching takes place outside in the natural environment and away from the tread mill. This ensures the correct movement is analysed and coached.

The workshops take place at the Pavilion in Goring-on-Thames where theory and discussion sessions can take place inside, but with immediate access to the outside running area.  Facilities also include a kitchen and showers available for your use.

Alternatively, with a minimum of 6 people, Shane can bring the workshop to you.  For move information contact Shane here
